Ursula Rech is Head of Legal. In this function she advises FINAD AG on all legal and regulatory matters, in particular on Swiss financial markets law and Swiss financial supervisory law.
She also advises on the contractual arrangements of FINAD AG and is responsible for compliance with the appliable data protection laws.
