Martin Enz
In 1976, the founding year of Finad, I was attending a grammar school that specialized in mathematics and sciences and had a wide range of potential job ideas: I saw myself as a pilot, an architect or a lawyer.
An old friend from my scout troop ultimately motivated me to study law. My combined disciplines of mathematics and legal science taught me to analyze matters in a structured fashion. One of my strengths is to provide my clients with a comprehensive solution to financial, fiscal and legal issues, in a clear and succinct manner.
After I started work in the Corporate Finance department of UBS, I was active in a wide range of areas within the financial sector. I found my job at Credit Suisse to be particularly fascinating. I had to develop and manage a subsidiary company as a center of excellence for complex matters for very high-net-worth private clients. For the last ten years, I have been putting my professional experience to perfect use at Finad, serving the interests of our clients.

Tailor-made solutions in structured finance, escrows, project-management and international taxes for international companies and UHNWIs.

Advising of listed international and supranational companies regarding bonds, equity-linked transactions and swaps
I have visited more than 75 countries, and I picked up new impressions from each one. As much as I love to travel, I also love to come home. During my career, I have mainly provided support for international clients or Swiss clients with an international focus. At Credit Suisse, I managed a team with employees from ten different countries, which was an enrichment that I wouldn’t have wanted to miss out on.
