Holger Hohgardt is CEO and a member of the FINAD Board of Directors. He drives the company strategy forward, leveraging his expertise and longstanding experience in the financial sector. Under his leadership, the FINAD Group has continued to expand. Holger is also an independent consultant and a lecturer in banking and finance at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur.

Colin Stember has been with FINAD since 2013 and is Managing Director of the FINAD Group. His expertise ranges from client advisory to project management in diverse areas. In addition, he ensures optimal business operations as COO and develops forward-looking financial strategies as CFO. His leadership skills and analytical approach have been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction, as has his commitment to excellent customer service and effective project management.

Christian Tury is a partner at FINAD in Vienna and Chairman of the Investment Committee. With his longstanding experience in the financial sector, he is known for his sound decision-making and strategic foresight. His innovative approaches and in-depth knowledge of the market have strongly shaped the development and implementation of the FINAD corporate strategy. Christian’s expertise and network have made him a key player in the Viennese financial market.

Ullrich Fischer is Chief Investment Officer, member of the FINAD Investment Committee and Managing Director of FINAD in Vienna. His responsibilities include the development of the FINAD House and Market View, design and development of the investment process, and strategic and tactical decision-making on both the asset class and individual security level. Ullrich also advises institutional clients on asset allocation, risk management and the selection of third-party managers.

Frank Michaelis is Managing Director and head of FINAD in Hamburg. His expertise ranges from asset structuring and portfolio management to investment advice and succession planning, with a focus on next-generation services. He excels in designing financial solutions for complex client needs, tapping into his in-depth knowledge of the financial sector and years of international experience. Frank is also a leading figure in the German financial market, distinguished by his commitment to long-term value preservation and innovative strategies.

Sarandi Akos is a partner at FINAD and has more than 29 years of experience in asset management and private banking at renowned Swiss financial institutions. He advises clients in Central Europe on asset and wealth management, multi-family office services and direct investments.

Aldijana Bajrektarevic works as an assistant client advisor in account management. In addition to supporting the management, she is also responsible for various administrative matters in the support of clients. She also works closely with custodian banks and asset experts. Arlette von Felten works as an Assistentin Client Advisor in account management. She supports the team in various asset matters and works closely with clients, custodian banks and other external specialists. Arlette von Felten speaks German and English.

As ICT Manager, Ayhan Bugrahan plays a key role in the management of the company’s information technology. Together with the Chief Technology Officer, he proactively drives the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions. His activities include the administration and maintenance of various software systems. He also acts as a point of contact for internal employees and external IT service providers. Ayhan Bugrahan has extensive expertise in the field of information technology, which he has acquired through his in-depth training. He communicates fluently in German, Turkish and English.

Dayanna Gschwind assumes the role of Head Compliance. Alfred Schwarzenbach founded FINAD with Miguel Steiner in 1976, creating one of the first independent asset managers. At the time, he was also the fourth generation to work for textile company Robt. Schwarzenbach, which was founded in 1829. The company later known as the Schwarzenbach Group would go on to become the world’s largest silk industrial company after the First World War. Given his personal experience with a family business, Alfred Schwarzenbach recognised the need for independent investment advice.

Katja Müller is an associate and risk manager of the FINAD Group. She supports client advisors and their clients in their daily tasks and challenges, is in close contact with the specialists of the FINAD Group and coordinates processes of the FINAD branch in Hamburg. Liana Santimone works as an assistant client advisor in account management. In addition to supporting the management, she is also responsible for various administrative matters in the support of clients. She also works closely with custodian banks and asset experts.

Margit Seifert works in the securities accounting team. She has in-depth knowledge and experience with corporate actions and understands how to map complex instruments and their transactions in our client portfolios. Martin Hartmann is Chief Technology Officer of the Finad Group. He is the designer and head of Finad’s complex IT, which forms the basis for the creation of complex and individual customer reports. Martin Hartmann administrates countless interfaces to custodian banks, networks the individual systems into a whole and is the contact person for customers, employees and external service providers when it comes to software issues. And because IT is never static, Martin Hartmann is constantly working on further development of the Finad IT landscape. Martin Hartmann speaks German and English.

Maximilian Mantler is Deputy Chief Investment Officer and portfolio manager in the FINAD CIO team. In his role, he is jointly responsible for the analysis and selection of equities and other investment opportunities. He conducts detailed data analyses across investment strategies and performs operational portfolio management tasks. Maximilian Mantler is CFA Charterholder and speaks German, English and Spanish.

Mirjete Spiess works in the securities accounting team and is responsible for processing various bank interfaces to ensure up-to-date holdings in client portfolios. Her skills include operation of our consolidation software to book as well as monitor transactions and positions. Mirjete also speaks German, English and Albanian.

Nada Caponio works in the securities accounting team. She books, monitors and controls the transactions and holdings of the portfolios in our consolidation software so that asset overviews of our clients are always kept up to date. Nada Caponio speaks German, Italian and French.

Natascia Kout works as an Assistentin Client Advisor in Client Services. She supports the client managers in advising clients on their various asset matters and works closely with custodian banks and other external specialists. She speaks German, Italian and English.

Norbert Nagy is a partner at FINAD and has over 15 years of experience in asset management and private banking at renowned Swiss financial institutions. He works with clients in Central Europe, offering comprehensive advice in asset and wealth management, multi-family office services and direct investments. Building on his expertise, he helps his clients develop sustainable, successful financial strategies and achieve their wealth goals.

Olivier Fricker delivers tailored wealth solutions to clients seeking comprehensive wealth planning and wealth management. In addition to analysing and managing investments aligned with client goals and risk profiles, he advises on retirement as well as tax and estate planning. Olivier also helps clients evaluate and consolidate their wealth, providing asset and liability management support. As a Certified Financial Planner, he ensures that financial plans are reviewed on an ongoing basis and adjusted as needed. He also advises clients on relocation matters.

Orlando Sidler is a partner at FINAD in Zurich. He provides independent advisory and management services, with a focus on family offices and asset management, to wealthy individuals, families and foundations. His expertise includes financial and strategic advice tailored to the needs and objectives of his clients.

Paco van der Putten is an associate at FINAD in Zurich. He is involved in portfolio management and client support, with a particular focus on investment analysis. In addition, he is actively involved in the development of the internal wealth planning offering and supports the team management in project work and client acquisition.

Patrick Kupelwieser is a partner who studied economics at the University of Zurich and completed internships in diverse sectors before pursuing a career in banking. After 16 years at UBS Wealth Management for the Arab region, he decided he wanted to be closer to his clients. Patrick believes the focus should always be on meeting the diverse needs of international clients, which is possible with the support of such a strong team.

Reinhard Kitzler works as a portfolio manager and is a member of the FINAD CIO team. He is a product specialist for derivatives and power user of the FINAD-wide information and portfolio management systems Infront and Bloomberg. He speaks German, English and French.
